in production, such as melting furnace, flow mill,
forming presser, sintering furnace, computer-aided
testing equipment for magnetic property. Besides,
over 1000 refine equipments are applied,such as slice
cutting machine, wire-cutting machine, invaginating
machine, grinding machine etc. Among them, the technologyfor
N48M series and 35EH series used under high temperature(¡Ü200¡æ)is
in the lead in China.
The annual capacity of processing permanent magnetic
material is more than 2000 tons,the capacity of magnetic
units is about 100,000,000pcs,in various shapes,such
as slice(¡Ý0.5mm), bore,invaginate,cylinder,tegular,fan-shape,trapezium
etc.Moreover,surface treatment is also available,
such as zinc-plating, nickel-plating, gold-plating,epoxide-plating
and phosphatization etc.
